Helsinki brony meetup + Taralicious custom :3

Long time no see everypony!
I haven't had anything great to blog, but now comes something amazing!

There was a pony meetup last weekend, and it was my first brony meetup that I participated to.
I was a bit afraid to go there, being a girl instead of your generic brony, but I wasn't so out as I thought I would be. :3 It was actually really fun, and I talked to sooo many new people! It was nice to meet all of you Finnish bronies! You guys are the best!

I took some pictures from the meetup. If you wish, you can see them in here.

This group picture is taken by SharkMachine! aka. Petri Haikonen. :3
You can se more of his pic from here!
There was so many people that there was hardly enough space. :D

Also, I made one custom pony for the sake of the meetup!

Taralicious~
Taralicious!
I made her from brushable Rarity. Rarity is a good base, being white and everything. ^^; (And I had double Rarity.) The mane and tail is made from Sculpey firm, and the whole thing is painted with acrylics. I also added some fine bronze glitter to her face and around the microphone cutiemark, but it doesn't come out so well in pics.

I still need to practice a lot with getting the mane and tail look like hair instead of random blobs. I redid this ones mane few times, and I think I got it somehow ok in the end. But the tail, it looks so funny. 8D
I hope that I can improve more in sculpting and maybe someday I can make my very own pony sculpt from tip of the hooves to end of the ears without using a base pony toy. :3

Taralicious~
Front pic! There is a mistake in the eye painting. ;___;
Taralicious was sold in the meetup! :3 Congrats for her new owner!
This was my first sold custom! I'm so happeeeh! ;____;

Next I'd like to make Derpy for myself and maybe Scootaloo too. I have started to like little Scootaloo more for some reason... But Applebloom is still the best of CMC! u__u Also I have one request to touch up mane6 blind bag ponies. Need to get some bases! D:

Thank you for visiting my blog!
